Why do you do Art ?

I make art because I love my people and want to share our stories in an authentic way. The best way for me to express that is through textiles.

Who are you?

I am a reader. I love research. The older the book the better for me. This research has influenced my work and made the stories I tell more meaningful.

Where are you from?

I am American-Generation on generation the further back I go the clearer the answer is.

Where are you going?

I am headed for greatness. I have found my voice as an artist and am ready to share my gift with the world.
